Indicative levels of investment

To make it easier to understand what a project could look like, here are different interior design approaches and what they typically allow for.

• Lower-level investment focuses on optimising the existing layout, with selected key pieces of furniture, furnishings and finishes, solely using off-the-shelf items.

• Mid-level investment includes layout development, more tailored elements, layered lighting and joinery. A semi-bespoke approach that blends largely off-the-shelf items with some bespoke pieces.

• Higher-level investment includes layout development or reworking, custom-made designed pieces and full styling. This is a largely bespoke solution, although it can still incorporate some off-the-shelf items where appropriate.
